Spilka community was founded in response to the dual challenges faced by Ukrainian professionals: navigating foreign business environments effectively and contributing to Ukraine’s post-war recovery. Established by a collective of legal professionals, Spilka is dedicated to empowering its members while advancing transformative societal change. Its mission reflects a hybrid approach, addressing both individual and collective needs while supporting Ukraine’s path toward a prosperous, stable, and democratic future. Spilka is transitioning from an informal legal professional community to a formally registered nonprofit membership association.
